Orders
The Orders page shows who has bought your audio walks and what they paid.
Open it from the menu → Orders.
Who can see orders?
| Role | What you see |
|---|---|
| Ravelun admin | Every order on the platform |
| Partner | Orders for routes belonging to your organisation |
| Editor | No access to orders |
The orders list
You’ll see a table with information like:
- Which route was purchased
- Customer email
- Amount paid
- Order status (paid, refunded, etc.)
- Date of purchase
Use search and filters to find a specific order. Click a row to open the full details.
Partner dashboard
If you’re a partner, your Dashboard also shows order counts and commission earned — handy for a quick monthly check without opening each order.
What to do here
Typical tasks:
- Check sales after a marketing campaign or press mention
- Find a customer if they email about a purchase problem
- Open order detail for refunds or cancellations (where permitted)
