Order detail

Click any order on the Orders list to see the full picture of that purchase.

What you’ll see

  • Order reference and date
  • Which route was bought
  • Customer email
  • Amount and currency
  • Whether a discount code was used
  • Current status (paid, refunded, cancelled, etc.)

Who can open this page?

  • Ravelun admins — any order
  • Partners — only orders for routes that belong to their organisation

If you can’t open an order, it probably belongs to another partner’s route.


Actions you might take

Depending on the situation and your role:

If an action isn’t available, the order may already be refunded or in a state that can’t be changed. Error messages on screen explain what went wrong.


  • Jump back to the orders list
  • Open the route in the editor (if you have permission)
  • Open the customer’s user profile (Ravelun admins)
