Users
The Users page is where Ravelun staff manage accounts — who can sign in, who can access the admin panel, and what role they have.
Ravelun staff only. Partners manage their team on the Team page instead.
Finding someone
Search by email or name. The list shows 20 users per page.
Click a user to open their profile.
Roles at a glance
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Normal | Use the public Ravelun app only — no admin panel |
| Editor | Build routes in the admin panel; can’t publish alone |
| Partner | Run an organisation — routes, branding, team, orders |
| Admin | Full Ravelun platform access |
One person can have multiple flags (e.g. partner who is also an editor).
Creating a new user
Click Create user and fill in:
- Email (required)
- Display name
- Role
When creating a partner owner, you’ll also set up their organisation — name, web address (slug), and brand colours.
You can send a login email so they can sign in without remembering a password.
Everyday actions
