Coupons (discount codes)
Discount codes let you offer promotions — press trips, partner campaigns, “first walk free”, event attendees, and similar.
Ravelun staff only. Partners don’t manage coupons directly; ask your Ravelun contact if you need a campaign code.
Open Coupons from the menu.
Your coupon list
See all active and inactive codes. Filter by:
- Tag — group codes by campaign (e.g. “summer-2025”, “press”)
- Active / inactive
- Route — codes for one specific walk, or all routes
Creating a single code
| Field | What to enter |

| Discount | Percentage off or fixed amount in euros |
| Max uses | How many times the code can be redeemed |
| Route | All routes, or one specific walk |
| Tags | Labels for your own organisation (comma-separated) |
| Expires | Optional end date |
Click create and share the code in your marketing.
Creating many codes at once
Switch to bulk mode and paste one code per line — useful for:
- Printed cards at an event
- Unique codes per journalist
- Partner batches
All codes in a batch share the same discount settings.
Managing existing codes
- Toggle active — turn a campaign on or off without deleting history
- Delete — remove a code entirely
- Export — download the list for reporting
Tips
- Use clear, memorable codes for public campaigns (
BRUGES10) - Use random or unique codes for tracked giveaways
- Set an expiry date so old campaigns can’t be reused forever
- Tag everything — you’ll thank yourself at year-end reporting
