Team

If you own a partner organisation on Ravelun, the Team page is where you invite colleagues to help build routes.

Open Team from the menu.

Who can use this page?​

Only the owner of the partner organisation — the person who registered the account. Other team members won’t see this menu item.

What you can do​

  • See who’s already on your team
  • Invite editors by email — they can create and edit routes for your organisation
  • Remove someone who’s left the organisation

Editors you invite can:

  • Build and edit routes for your destination
  • Mark routes as ready for review

They cannot:

  • Publish routes live (you or Ravelun do that)
  • Change your branding or billing settings
  • Manage the team itself

Onboarding a colleague​

  1. Open Team
  2. Add their work email
  3. They receive access to the admin panel as an editor linked to your organisation
  4. Point them to Creating a route to get started

Dashboard shortcut​

Your Dashboard has a Team card that links here — useful when someone new starts on Monday.
