Partner organisations
Partners are destination organisations on Ravelun — tourist offices, museums, regional marketing boards, and similar. Each partner gets a branded page and their own collection of routes.
Ravelun staff only manage partners from this page. If you are a partner, you’ll use Branding and Team instead.
Open Partners from the menu.
Partner list
Each row shows:
- Organisation name and web address (slug)
- Owner’s email
- Commission percentage
- Link to demo-walk settings
Click to edit, or create a new partner with Add partner.
Setting up a partner
When creating or editing, you’ll configure:
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Slug | The web address — ravelun.com/p/your-slug |
| Name | Display name on their public page |
| Description | Short intro for visitors |
| Logo | Upload their brand mark |
| Colours | Primary and accent colours for their page |
| Commission % | Their share of route sales |
| IBAN | Bank details for payouts |
| Owner | Email of the person who runs the organisation |
Default partner colours are blue and yellow — they can change these later on their Branding page.
Settlement export
At the bottom of the partner form, pick a month and year and download a settlement file. Use this for accounting and partner payouts.
Deleting a partner
Only do this when an organisation is truly finished on Ravelun. There may be routes and orders tied to the partner — check first.
Partner page vs Ravelun branding
- The admin panel always looks like Ravelun (green and yellow)
- Each partner’s public page uses their own logo and colours
